1. Payment
All payments are paid in USD or DeviantArt POINTS, through DeviantArt's commission system.
All payments are made upfront.

Any commission purchases under 7 USD are paid before the sketch, and any purchases over 7 USD are paid after the given sketch. In addition to this, any payments under 7 USD will have a rough pose sketch provided.
Offering on a product without being able to proceed with the payment isn't allowed.

That being is bidding an amount the customer isn't able or unwilling to pay (fake bidding), backing out from an offer after the seller has accepted it.
The seller isn't responsible for any changes or refunds when a design or piece is sold by a third party.
No refunds.
Cancellation of an order can be done before payment.

Any order can be cancelled before the payment has been accepted. The seller maintains the right to cancel or decline an order for any reason.
2. Process
The seller isn't responsible for the loss of the file.
Requesting edits can be done during the art process.

Major edits can be done during the sketching phase; coloring, shading, accessories, etc. changes can be requested during the line art, coloring, and shading phases. Only slight or minor alterations to the piece can be requested after it has been finished.
All pieces may be shared online.

All pieces that the seller makes are most probably going to be shared on social networking sites. If the customer prefers that the piece should be shared at a later date (for example, the customer ordering a surprise gift for a friend), the customer should inform the seller beforehand.
3. Other
Commercial use isn't allowed without any additional fees.

Commercial use of any products made by the seller is not allowed. For any clarification or changing the product to be for commercial use, please contact the seller for a discussion.
Designs made by the seller may be resold for non-commercial purposes only.

Consult the commercial use line for any clarification. Designs are only made to be one-of-a-kind and may not be resold on mass.
The customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
The customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting it for datasets and any future inventions in the space.
